Yup if you're just going to be plinking you can't beat the price of steel case. I just wouldn't recommend it for any training classes.

That's some expensive training ammo. Might as well buy some quality brass cased ammo for that price.

Ordered both and they are the same. Here's a quick pic I took with the iPhone. (unless I'm doing it wrong. Totally new to all this)

Place the magnet on the actual projectile. The casing will attact a magnet cause its steel cased. As long as the actual bullet isn't magnetic you can shoot it anywhere at most outdoor ranges.

Actually alot of the indoor ranges here in San Diego wont let you use any magnetic ammo, whether its the projectile or case. If a magnet sticks to any part they make you leave it in your car. I think its just a way for them to make you buy range ammo.

What are you facepalming for? You're supposed to use the magnet on the bullet not the casing and if your **** isn't magnetic then you can shoot it at most ourdoor ranges.

If you're facepalming for this, "The casing will attact a magnet cause its steel cased." Yeah it sounds retarded to say but if you look at the picture he accidentally put the magnet on the casing and not the bullet. Simply stating the obvious.

That and the indoor ranges that don't allow any steel cased ammo period just don't want to sort through the brass and dig out the steel casings.

You can only use one promotion, either:

1. 1000 rounds @ $189.50 + $0.50 shipping = $190

OR

2. 1000 rounds @ $189.50 + $16.95 shipping - $20 coupon = $186.45

Ordered 500 rounds yesterday. Can't beat that price or shipping cost.

I'll use this when shooting in the woods- easy to pick up with a magnet and no worry of losing my labor intensive brass.
