I was going to up grade and get this one also. I have the smaller canon for the past 8 years and seems like a great product.

I placed my order on 9/23. I just got a call from the delivery company and they were able to deliver as soon as 10/3. Not bad, 10 days from order to delivery instead of the 4-6 week delivery the website said.

is 30 mins enough time? i've been looking at those patriot safe 2hr "LEO" specials (i think they sell to anyone at that price tho) they are 24gun IIRC for around $1700...so more than double price, not sure if it's worth it tho.

Got mine also....Great price for what you get. But the rails for the shelfs did not align properly. Call customer service and sending out a new center support out today.

Definately worth the $800 You could basically buy 2 of these for less than many others.

Also can't beat Cannon's lifetime warranty.

I have been eyeballing these since they had them on sale last time. I hope they have it on again as I just can't swing it right now.
The integrated power cord, ethernet jack, and warranty are what is swaying me towards this safe. Any input on those things from guys who have purchased and received this safe?
I'm not too worried about the fire rating. 30 min @1200 seems like plenty to me, especially considering that is how long it can sit without any charring of paper, guns and other things will last much longer. Plus, I would hope the fire department would get water on the house within that time.... but I digress.

I can tell you that this is BS
"Cannon is proud to be the only safe company to offer a lifetime, hassle-free, zero cost warranty that includes free parts, labor, and freight for repair after a natural flood, attempted break-in, actual break-in or potential fire disaster. "
My Winchester says the same thing.
Locking bolts was another reason I didnt go with it. After seeing the pry in video on youtube I wanted something that had more locking bolts and big locking bolts. Then there was weight. I wanted a HEAVY duty safe. This was was a bit over 500lbs the Winchester was over 1100lbs.
I had bought a safe a couple years ago. I knew this time I wanted something I was going to keep forever. Just a thought.

Any reviews from those who have received their safe?

I considering ordering one, but the deal ends tomorrow. So looking for some feedback to help make the decision.

Thanks

Got mine delivered today. The delivery guy put the safe right in the garage were I wanted it. I really like the safe. Started moving the guns over. Wish it came with more shelves but I can fix that latter.
