That is a great price on the 10/20 but we have the 10/30's for cheaper than their 10/30's (https://www.exilemachine.net/shop/search/results.html?search_in_description=1&keyword=10%2F30+KIT&x=0&y=0). $19.99 vs $24.99. And if you don't mind rolling your own, we have the OD PMAG rebuild kits for $11.99, other colors for $12.99ea and you could add a 10/30 magblock for 5.65, even less if you buy in quantity. Total would start at $17.64 for OD or $18.64 for the other Magpul colors.

No problem . Its so had to find good prices on magazines that are already altered for the Californians . Local shops are 34.99 for 10/20

Depends on the total order weight. The store computes it on the fly (you can see the shipping estimate in the upper right hand corner as you load up) and we do ship Fedex Ground on all but the smallest orders so your order is insured and tracked.

I would not consider these altered for california. From their ad: "We do not glue the floor plates, if that's necessary in your area, you will need to glue them when they arrive. We will ship these to CA, NY, NJ, HI, and any other 10-round limit state. Your are responsible for knowing the laws in your area and making sure you are in compliance."

The CA laws require a "permanent" conversion, snapping on a floor plate is not permanent.

We are selling the parts to build a 10/30 and advising the customer to epoxy the floor plate on to make it a permanent modification. Our 10/30 Kits do not contain the parts needed to assemble a 30 round mag.

Of course, I shold have been clear, I was refering to the other vender. Its very smart on your end to sell as a kit and remove the liability from yourself. We are selling the parts to build a 10/30 and advising the customer to epoxy the floor plate on to make it a permanent modification. Our 10/30 Kits do not contain the parts needed to assemble a 30 round mag.

Western Sport (first post's link) is an outstanding vendor! Excellent pricing, exceptional customer service... and he has stuff that is often hard to find - I got an AtlasBT10-LW17 bipod from them when no one else had 'em (12 week back-order everywhere else)... plus cheaper than anywhere else.

Buy with confidence!

Is there a letter from the CA DOJ on that?

Following the letter of the law, the "magazine" is permanently blocked to 10 rounds. It would require disassembly and replacement of parts to hold more than 10 rounds.

If it is disassembled and then reassembled in a manner that allows it to then hold more than 10 rounds, well, that is construction of a new high/standard capacity magazine. That would be illegal.

Glue sucked. This magazines come with holes in the bottom. So i just popped in a rivet. 3 seconds of my life .. Who cares. It will avoid a hassle .
