Someone could easily misconstrue that as you stating "No right to bear arms" i.e. as an anti-gun slogan. And thus alienate the wrong people. Food for thought.

I like it but price is a little steep. I just bought a shirt tonight from the internet with free shipping for 10 bucks.

I think it's a really cool design, but I'd like to see it put toward a more obviously pro 2A shirt. I would like to see more of this sort of styling from the NRA store. I was shopping on their store recently, and I'm disappointed with the shirts. They're either the stereotypical American flag wrapped around a gun and declaration of independence shirts or the front left pocket for pens with outdated embroidery shirts. I like the design on this one:

But that's on the back, and it says there's a front pocket -- which I hate. If they would move that design to the front and get rid of the pocket, I'd get one. For now, I settled for an NRA sweatshirt:

Did you guys look closely at the Bear on the T-shirt? It puts a new twist on the phrase...

I agree with statement, it can be read in two ways. I much prefer Oaklander's t-shirt idea:

that was my first thought. it being more pro gun control sounding than any kind of pro 2nd message.

the missing front arms of the bear, to subtle. most people won't see that or make the connection or get the humor.

For me that's the point. If anti-gun people think I am sympathizing with their cause by wearing this shirt, then the joke is on them.

Anything to get the 2A discussion out in the open only helps our cause, providing we frame our position from a pro civil rights angle.

It would be better if it said:

"No Right To Bear Arms?"

and then smaller print underneath:

"Just something wrong about that..."

Which would dovetail nicely with the pic of the amputee bear.

I like it and the ambiguity isn't necessarily bad as it could provoke some thought.

I don't understand how you could think it was "right" and pro-gun control when the bear has no arms. Where I come from bears are supposed to have their cute little fearsome bear arms. That ain't right!

I think that the bear should be falling on its face without its arms....
