I was just curious about how this experience is working for you folks at Turners, we get to come on here and complain/praise your products and services, here's your chance to tell us how CG and its members are treating you. Are we supporting your buisness? Do we act like civilized human beings when dealing with your staff? Any coments or concerns. I'd just like to know that we are holding up our reputation as well. Thanks.

We're very happy to be involved with the Calguns.net community. Our involvement here is reinforcing some long term relationships that we've had with folks like CRPA, while introducing us to new opportunities like the Appleseed Project and the CGF Sunshine State Initiative. And we have some things brewing that will make this partnership even stronger, especially for those CGN members who really support and invest in CGN.

Turner's has always had support from CGN members even when it wasn't necessarily easy to do so. Hopefully with the continued feedback we're getting, we can make that even easier to do so.

On the whole, CGN members are easy customers to deal with at store level- educated, enthusiastic and up front with expectations. On occasion we've seen a few folks display a few tendencies that you might feel are not exactly up to par with the standards you have in mind, but those situations have been few and far between. And in most cases, our folks in the store can usually meet people more than halfway, even when those few folks may not be on track themselves. Based on what we've seen in the threads themselves, folks are somewhat self-policing with each other and that seems to keep everything rather polite.

Besides, to be successful in retail, especially in firearms, and especially in CA, you've got to be able to meet the needs of the broad spectrum of customers you meet or you won't be doing it for 5 years, let alone 40+. Flexibility and adaptability while running a successful business are a must.

Partnering with Calguns.net gives us another dimension to succeed and we appreciate the opportunity to get involved with this dynamic community.
