Seems to me that the states are held to honor legal acts of other states: Article IV Section 1.

Full faith and credit shall be given in each state to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other state.

Section 2.
The citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states.

So should not CA honor an LTC generated in AZ or any other state? (3 weeks to get from start to finish by the way) Dunno, just seems to make sense to me!

I think this means CA has to accept the fact that AZ issued you a permit, not that CA has to give it the same standing.

You would think it should work that way. But in reality there are many different kinds of licenses and permits that are not recognized across state lines. But when carry is established as part of the fundamental right that will certainly carry alot more weight.
