What a solid, but lightweight piece. P99 + Large back strap = perfect fit for my hand:)

Looks just like my sons 007 game gun.

Damnmnmn video games creep me out with the realistic things.

What happen to excite bike, or ring king?

Sorry- (day dreaming)

Looks good, let me know how they are. I looked at them but picked up a shotgun instead.

Beautiful pistol, I've been in a love with my p99 AS (in 9mm) since the first time I shot it (latest gen version, looks just like yours). A bit snappy but that's a small price to pay for how good the p99 performs...they are wonderful pistols, accurate, rugged and very reliable. The AS trigger is simply amazing, controls are all perfect (for me at least) and the ergonomics are fantastic. The only way I could improve my pistol was by installing a set of Fiber Optic sights and a stainless steel guide rod (which is a completely subjective upgrade, the gun really doesn't need anything more than the guide rod it comes with).

As a plus it's the James Bond gun (that's how I justified my purchase with the wifey, and it worked!). Congrats on your new p99, you're going to love it for many years to come!

Congrats, I felt the same way when I held mine. I get mine out of gun jail on Monday at 12:10pm. You should also put that great pic of your P99 on the Walther picture thread in the handgun gallery.

I want the new Walther PPQ but I doubt it will make the list.

Took it to the range tonight. It was hitting a little low, and a little to the left. Awesomeness...... simply removed the installed front sight, and installed a lower (included) front sight....... no more hitting a little low. After that, I turned the rear sight windage adjustment screw one click counter clockwise to move the sight right....... no more hitting a litte left. The head shots on my paper target were about softball diameter at 20 yards...... damn good enough for me.

I have the exact gun but in .40s&w, it's a very accurate pistol and the ergonomics feel great. Enjoy! :D

If you are ever looking for factory mags the SW99 mags will work fine...they tend to be priced a little cheaper and a lot easier to find.

I get mine out of gun jail tomorrow and will be shooting it later on, guess I will take some tools with me just in case I have to do the same.
