What color best works for you in ALL lighting situations, from under the bright daylight, to indoor/low-light areas, and to times when it's pitch black?

What color are you able to best acquire a target the fastest with your eyes? Any reason why one color worked better for you over another (besides being color-blind for a particular color).... meaning did one color show up less under the bright daylight or was one color harder to acquire with your eyes on a handgun?

I'm curious to know about your experience with different colors on longer handgun like a full size 1911, as well as on a shorter handgun like a pocket pistol or snub nose revolver. How does it effects you for HD/CCW use, as well as competition/training use?

.... RED ........ GREEN ...... ORANGE ...

I was looking into these for my 1911 and Glock 34 to use for competitions, as well as putting one onto my S&W 442 Revolver and Glock 26, but I wanted to get some ideas first since I haven't had a chance to try each color out in all different types of lighting situations.
