Where is the cheapest place to get some?

Is it even worth buying online when you figure in shipping?

Most gun stores I shop at try and piss all over you with prices of magazine, ammo, and accessories. So, I figure I would rather get it directly mailed to my house instead of having to deal with people. Shop around, the best thing you can do it look for the cheaper price.

I just bought one for my G17 from botach.com for $23.93 (tax included) w/free shipping. I haven't received it yet, but got notice that it shipped today via USPS. I haven't seen a better price than this.

I ordered 3 Glock 19 mags along with some other parts from glockparts.com. They were $24.95 a pop. Shipping for me was $7.95.

Let me know how that works out.. I googled reviews for that place and I found a LOT of horror stories.

Depends, if you buy enough of them I ship free.

Going rate on the internet is 20-25. There's not much markup on them.

I found out about the bad reviews for botach after I placed an order for a glock 22 magazine. But my experience was great. I had a coupon shipping was quick, everything worked out great.

Now its too bad you missed the Gearhog deal. About a week ago they had a special for $17.50 for $35.00 worth of gear from Rockyourglock. I picked up a magazine, and some little precision oil for a total of $21.50 shipped. Might want to keep an eye out for Gearhog to repeat that special.

Some places have sales often, like MidwayUSA. I recently picked up new G26 mags for $21 each. Unfortunately they're not on sale anymore (back up to $29.99), but with the slowest shipping which still only took 3 days, basically cost me $46 total for 2 extra mags.

Just keep an eye out and you'll see the sales every now & then. Otherwise, the other places that were posted above also have very good prices.

CDDN is good to go!

Damn good prices on most things (not all...) random freebies just for ordering anything (sign up for their mailing list for periodic deal mailings... it'll break your californian heart though... so many things you cannot get). If you time your purchases right, you can get some awesome stuff. Most common: 2-mag pouches, cheap mag loaders (really rreally really bad), S&W/Colt keychain screwdrivers, swissarmy knives, and shooting glasses (meh, they fend off brass usually).

Normal flat rate shipping on (almost) all items is 9.99. First timers get free shipping ( picked up 5 factory beretta mags and a bunch of other goodies on my free ship). Weekend/holiday deals will bring shipping down to 8 or 6 dollars and a pile of freebies.

Another note on freebies: More tears. There will be mag-related deals that you just can't get due to capacity. I.E. buy 3 glock mags, get an asian 33 rounder free.

Expect $25. They rarely go on sale anywhere. I wouldn't pay anymore than that. I have purchased 6 mags so far for my G17 at LC Action in San Jose.

Are mags usually cheaper at gun shows.

Not typically here in the BA. Maybe @ the Reno show, or another big one.

I have had good success dealing with calgunners, worth a shot, they usually go fast though.

Anywhere but turners, they are 10$ more then every other place. I had to get one prior to a range trip, turners was my only option who had a glock 21 mag. After tax it was like 45$ for 1

I don't list them on the website because the inventory rotates too frequently and there's only $2 markup. I don't do PM's on any boards - email me at sales@goingquiet.com

Got the glock 17 10rd mag in from botach.com. No packaging other than a postal bubble-wrap mailer. Looks like a brand-new, stock Glock mag exactly like my other two. Haven't shot with it yet, but if there's a problem I will be sure to post it.

Why are handgun mags so expensive?

When you can buy pmags for ARs with windows for $17 shipped.. Which can hold 30...

Bit the bullet and ordered two glock 22 mags from botach tactical. $22 each no tax and free shipping. They shipped the same day and I got it the next. No complaints!
