A fine weapon. May it serve you well. Big revolvers = sexy beasts!

As Snapping Twig would say, big chunks of metal, YEAH BABY!

Enjoy, if you start reloading, you can look into making some hot loads to put down the pipe of that badboy.

Nice pic!

Great gun. A friend has one. Shooting some large fruit with it is always fun.

I've had one since 1991.I'll never sell it.

I put some 158 grain magnums through it once in awhile, but I also have a CCW .38 so I have a few hundred rounds the cheap stuff on hand to use in it.

Love my GP100, but it doesn't see much action lately. Good Choice/Buy! That will last your Son's Lifetime!

Very nice, congrats. I've been looking at these for about two months, I might just have to bite the bullet and get one.

Congrats! A 6" GP100 was my first handgun. Mine didn't say Ruger GP on the barrel like that though, haha. Wonder when they started doing that.

Im looking for the same thing right now. Nice!
What did you pay for yours?
If you take the road (north) that seperates BB lake and Baldwin lake, there's a dirt road that runs right into the shooting range.

it was 640. never made it to the outdoor range. we camped at hanna flats, the road 3n14 that goes to the camp leads to the range. however it rained this morning so packed up and came home. we went wheeling saturday out there. i did go to the local range today and popped off 200 rounds, first time shooting the gun felt great!

I'm in the same situation, I want to buy one but the truck also needs tires.

Hey Beantown,
I became too envious and went to Turners and paid $619 plus fees for the "4 GP100 in SS.
After I got home I recieved and e-mail from Shawn at Direct Action Solutions and he quoted me $589 for the same piece. Oh well, thats what I get for being impatient.

Can't go wrong with a GP. Next you'll be looking for a Redhawk if you really want a beast.:D
