That is pretty cool.

My only concern is this....I support state's rights, but what happens if we do squash the Commerce Clause abuse? Then how does Congress have the right to enforce the things we DO like against the states?

That is my only worry...it shouldn't be an issue at all, but that is how it goes.

Given the intrusiveness and lousy choices of the Federal government -- I can only imagine things would be better ...

The court is never going to throw out Wickard. There's too much precedent revolving around it. The only way we can put the Federal government back in the box is a constitutional convention that re-defines the limits of the commerce clause.

Yeah, the Federasl Gov is a problem for the free states, but it can be a savior for the less free states like CA. Hmmmm
