Our job is dangerous as it is, please watch your driving - a very sad day for APD. About 2 Months ago, Cathedral City Police Officer Jermaine Gibson lost his life after losing control of his vehicle while pursuing a 3056 subj... No Call/Bad guy is worth ones life.

A horrible tragedy. Ofcr. Stringer will be missed by all of the officers in Alhambra as well as all of his brother and sister officers/deputies/troopers.

Be safe everyone...

I had a chance to do a ride-along with Alhambra PD and they are go getters. 2 years on the force, survive a motorcycle accident and back on duty in few months, that shows dedication to me. Its sad to see that an officer has lost his life on duty...Alhambra PD hasnt lost a officer on duty for over 4 decades. RIP Officer Stringer

I just read about it today and feel terrible over both Officer Stringer and what the other officer must be going through, both recovery-wise and also over his role in the death of a fellow officer... God bless both of their souls.

The other day, I went to a tow yard to examine a vehicle that was involved in a crime. There, I saw the motorcycle that the Hawthorne PD officer was riding when he crashed and passed away. The motorcycle had an extensive frontal damage. It was a sickening feeling to see that.

I wish everyone out there has a safe career, retire and live long. I have 3 years 8 months and 3 days to go.
