that looks horribly awkward to hold when combined with a pistol grip. You would have to hold it with your support hand unnaturally high, or it would be pointed down all the time. Would make more sense with a regular stock, but still makes me wonder, why?

The only semi cool thing, it has a 3-4 slot 1913 rail for a pistol weapon light like a TLR or X300. It doesn't seem over "tacticool". Fore end is where you fingers will be, not so far forward on the barrel/mag tube like the nordic barrel clamp.

Yeah...I saw (and held) one of these at Dom's in Livermore. Horribly awkward...and besides that...who needs to aim?

Handled the onethey have at Ammo Bros. in Cerritos. It's actually pretty comfortable to hold. Wish it came with a bayonet lug so you could hang interchangeable attatcments from a spade blade to a pitchfork.

Not as cool as Knights chainsaw though.

the only reason this exists, is to breach doors. It has zero other use.

I agree with all the posts about how practical and useful that shotgun is. I built a similar hd shotgun recently.

It has a flash/recoil remover added to the barrel(didn't need the breacher model for home defense) and the much sought after Stihl chain saw hand protector/shell accuator. I added a MissFire tactical light with 24 watt incadescent bulb with easy on-off button on top for dynamic defense in low light home invasion situations. Like many professionals, I added a LoTech red dot/laser sight for rapid target acquisition. It provides a quality that easily matches its price. And for comfort and versitility I chose a recoil reduction stock that dramatically reduces in your mind the percieved recoil you suspect you are going to feel and transfers it safely to your cheek. This is not your Grandma's shotgun.

Big thing I see is the barrel seems to always be pointed downwards with the way you have to hold that stupid chain saw handle. Great for zombie midgets or maybe pygmy goat aliens from outer space?

You cant see the front bead through your hand? Pointed down most of the time. He has the support hand straight out with the pistol grip into his chest? I'm all for ridiculous guns like the tactical side by side but this things stupid unless you need to break down doors.

Seriously the only way I would buy one of these was if I were on an entry team, that made 3 or 4 entry's a day. You don't need to aim a breaching gun you set it where you want it and Kaboom! No need for a front bead. :D

I don't think I will Ritch.

I'm not a closet Zombie killer. That's a faux setup I put together using my shotgun to spoof the Mossberg Chain Saw. I'm surprised NO ONE called me on it or ripped it apart(as I expected). The shotgun is just sitting on the "chainsaw handle", which came off my old grass trimmer that I cut a hole in and the brake is a piece of pvc pipe I drilled out. The flashlight is a cheap Mall Wart special from my tool box(notice no light mount). A little flat black paint does wonders.

I thought for sure it would be spotted immediately. However, I will note that with the right forend that handle could be attached to it and the setup would probably work to some degree. I had fun doing it.

I picked up that the setup was fake. I just really liked the way that you wrote your satire. It was definitely good for a laugh.

If I ever plan on trimming back the hedges with a shotgun, this will be my go to piece. Other than that, this is the most stupid idea I have ever seen. Their setting the bar pretty low in the new development department over there at Mosberg.

saw this at ammo bros this past weekend, wasn't too impressed, but hey, if someone likes this tacticool/ninja accessory , then go for it! But otherwise not my cup o tea! rather use a real chain saw if I have to chop trees down! hahaha
