I've been looking everywhere for a Marlin 1894css, but now this has come out:

What do people think? Should I try to go for this one or wait out for a Marlin Lever?

I had a walnut one in 44 Magnum, couldn't hold a group at all. I'd like to try a 357 version, but not in a plastic stock.

I own a ruger m77 mk11 in 25-06 that is a very accurate gun. A bolt gun will be slower and won't have the same feel as a lever action though and because of the caliber you want there probably won't be much of a difference in accuracy between the two guns. The bolt action will probably be a lighter gun than the lever.

I'm a sucker for a carbine in 357 magnum. The cartridge can really take advantge of the longer barrel.
