The "restraining order" and "spousal abuse" is abused and misused. There are non-violent men that cant have firearms because they merley nudged their spouse to the side who was blocking them from leaving the house because the female spouse wanted to be able to verbally abuse them and get carried away in an argument. . Now Kamala is going around like the gastapo to seize their guns.
Guys, when in an arguement with the wife, GF, or room mate, NEVER EVER touch them for any reason what-so-ever even if to just block a slap or hit. If they are blocking you from leaving, than exit another way. Dont give Kamala a reason to take 2A away from you.

nahhh defensive wounds are always good if you have to prove she was the primary aggressor.
But does this surprise anyone? really?

You cannot really blame the executive branch of government for enforcing gun laws.

But we can fault the government officials for abusing those laws.
It is an unfortunate fact in our nation today that, if you're a man and a woman makes an allegation of sexual harassment, domestic violence, or anything similar, you, the man, are assumed to be guilty and are treated as such. Too often it's not even looked at or considered that the woman might be lying through her teeth. I've actually seen that happen.
