They are milking "renters arent homeowners, thereby Heller & McDonald dont apply." So if a tenant is a victim of a smash and rob home invasion, the tenant should inform the perpetrators they can only proceed if they invade the owners home.

I wonder if they have and campgrounds within city limits and if they think that they can regulate there also?

Maybe I missed something, but it says "the firearms regulation was scratched" with a vote of 3-1.
