Have a look at these stories in the mainstream media.

Psychic called deputies twice with tip about bodies

* County judge says "hope and pray" for false alarm (Updates with judge, house owner quotes, adds byline)

HARDIN, Texas, June 7 (Reuters) - Texas authorities were investigating a report from a psychic that up to 30 bodies buried in a mass grave at a rural home east of Houston, but no corpses have been found.

Got that? A judge issued a warrant based on a report from a psychic!!!

How's that for probable cause?

Yeah, yeah, I know...

deputies decided to investigate because they found what appeared to be blood on a door.

MCNair also said deputies noticed an odor in the back yard could not idetnify it.

When one wants to find an excuse, one will be found.

All of the above can be extended to 2A-related searches.

Says the owners are long-haul truck drivers. The explanation could be simple -- maybe they were just planning to do some gardening. Like this story.

I was under the impression that a psychic's testimony would be hearsay evidence.
