Bayonet lugs on an OLL??

Whats the status on bayo lugs with the OLL builds? yeah or nay?
Monsterman + detachable mag + bayo lug = okay?
Prince50 + fixed mag + bayo lug = okay?
I know I know, but I'm tired..................
If I remember bayo lug was "evil" under fed law and that has passed by the wayside, but I can't remember Kalif rules and strangulations

bayo lugs= legal and awesome.
