I downloaded a NBC Special Report regarding the genocide in Darfur region of Sudan off of iTunes for my new iPod video, and it got to a part where Ann Curry is showing off the primitive bows and arrows of the genocide victims and after a short pause, and throat clear/swallow...she admits they are lacking in guns to protect themselves.
I don't know exactly if Ann Curry and/or NBC are anti-gun, but I could tell she didn't want to admit that guns are the answer to stopping genocide.

I recently saw a segment on the Rwanda genocide on TV. Some poor lady recounted how she and a whole bunch of other women cowered in a very small bathroom for weeks while the massacre continued outside. Those doing the killing were young men with machetes who were promised farms for killing everyone.
I had to go fondle my guns after seeing that. To paraphrase Bill Wiese, I’d rather bleed out on a pile of hot brass than cower in a toilet stall waiting to be hacked to death.

I'm certain she will take some heat for it. If her network is as cowardly as I presume she might even have to offer an apology if enough people complain.

Bwiese originally said that.
Though If we could get them some ak47s... What? It'd cost us like $200k and we could give them thousands of aks.
Only problem is... would the other side also commit genocide on those who attacked em.
Which is why we stopped arming these populations.

Our government spends millions of our hard earned money arming countries for their defense (IRAQ) when it suits their purpose, just to spend billions of our hard earned money to disarm them (IRAQ) when it suits their purpose.

Welcome to America;) It's a party, its a riot, its a hoot, its hot bed for mind numbing stupidity and yet altruistic integrety all at the same time. Again, welcome...try not to pee on the couch:p

Maybe we should contact NBC and compliment her for speaking the truth.
If a bunch of us packed up and went to Darfur and whacked every last rapist warlord there, they'd probably just call us racist rednecks. *sigh*

The proper way for NBC or the liberals to handle this is to continue with what they have done so far, which is nothing except to chant "Stop the Genocide in Dafur". Actually doing something like getting on a plane to Sudan and buying an AK to join the fight would be unthinkable.
