These stocks are pretty darn cool. I just wanted to see what other people thought.

I have a Magpul CTR and I like it better than the VLTOR, and standard M4 Collapsing stocks.

How heavy are they, and do you think they're worth the money?

The CTR is really light. About the same as a M4 collapsible, but much more usable. No wiggle or rattle.

I have a CTR, M93B and a PRS. Magpul stocks are high quality products that you can't go wrong with.

xeonphobe couldn't have said it better. In fact he sold me the CTR, my OLL, my LW upper, and parts kit!

I have that stock, ta 6'3" it is very comfortable. My kid is 5' even and can adjust it to fit him as well. The stock is well made and easily installed and adjusted. I have not used the lower rear rail yet but it is nice to know its there for me if I need it.

I have a PRS. It is very sturdy and adjustable. It fits me very well with my 6 ft frame.

As with most stocks on the high end of things they perform as good as they look.....:D

I've been keeping tabs with Rich from Magpul and they should be coming out with the new UBR stock sometime before February 2007. It's suppose to be replacing the M93B. According to Rich, they built this stock straight from computer plans rather than the hit/miss molding. Right now, they're in the final stages of selecting material to use with it. In addition, Magpul designed the UBR with removing the cons from it's predecessor M93B in mind. Here's a pic of the stock. As you can tell, I'm anxiously waiting!

I have an OD m93B and an army green CTR. I love both stocks. The M93B is solid but a bit heavy compared to the CTR. The CTR is more streamlined and lighter than the M93B. I myself am looking forward to the UBR stock. But i would buy any of the aforementioned stocks in a heartbeat if funds permit.

I really want the magpul UBR....So cool looking....February eh?

I have the CTR and its nice. No wobble at all. :D

My favorite stock is still the M93B. It's a little heavier, but it locks up as a solid piece- no rattle, no roll. And I love the look of it! The steel butt-cap accessory is a must.

My first 'home built' AR has a PRS stock. Perfect for a precision rifle, solid as a rock and adjustable lop and comb. Very high quality. It does not collapse or telescope (the butpad adjusts), so I was able to use a Monsterman with it for interchangable mags. I only wish they made a really nice lightweight FIXED length stock, for my Monsterman builds. Until they do, I will be using the very nice Vltor A1 fixed clubfoot stock on my future non bench/varmint AR's.
