How do I remove the end cap? When I twist it, I can hear it "clicking" as I spin it. But, it's not coming off. Help?

Thanks

Update:
Found out how. Keep twisting :D

It's supposed to click.

It came off easily for me, it's just threaded. Righty tighty lefty loosey. Keep turning it left.

Once you get the cap off, you'll need to press in the plastic piece and turn it 90 degrees either way, then the spring and follower will pop out.

This is what I am putting on (going to order). I read this one works since the Hawk 982 has a machine screw for the stock. UNLESS someone else used something different?

I changed the heading since I got my answer. I know a lot of people are looking for the machine screw for the stock (the kits don't come with it). I found them. $2.99 free ship.

Received the parts for $2.99 w/free ship. BOTH STUDS were perfect. One stud goes on the stock and the other by the magazine. It includes a nut. I used lock-tight with it. All it good for $2.99!

I hope someone with a Hawk 982 finds this helpful.
