View Full Version : Cali legal HK usc w/ grease gun conversion question

I'm opening up my latest project to calguns scrutiny. I'm 95% positive that my Hk usc with grease gun conversion is in compliance with PC 122276, but I want to be sure before I put the lower receiver to the upper. What was a folding stock is now pinned so that it CANNOT fold. I put an allen screw threw the mag release that locks the mag in place, similar to the Prince 50. The gg mag has a wood block between the spring that only allows for ten rounds in the mag. I feel that it is definitely in the grey area, which is why I'm posting this. Am I in full compliance with the law?

Epoxy the floorplate of the mag or pin the block in, make sure you barrel measures 16" or greater and that OAL is over 30". I think you got everything else covered.

Does cutting the spring down and using a wood block as a spacer count as permanent, as a spring that is only long enough to provide tension for ten rounds cannot be use for high capacity? I don't like the concept of sealing a mag shut, but I'll do so if needed.
