Is silver bear hp ammo ok? I've used Wolf in the past and have been pleased with the results.

I like it better than Wolf or Brown Bear because the zinc case is cleaner than the coated cases. But I don't like it enough better to pay more than $5 or so more per case.

Often I can find Silver for the same price as Wolf and Brown Bear is a bit cheaper.
It's time to buy another case and I'll be in Prescott in a couple of weeks:

The XBear and Wolf work great in my 9x18 pistols (PA63, Makarov, CZ82) so I won't spend more for brass case.

I've used Silver Bear or Brown Bear 9x18 Makarov in my Polish P-64 and in my GDR Makarov. Shoots good, a little dirty and smoke stinks.

And, it's a lot cheaper than commercial 9x18.
