Centurion Arms is own by an active spec Ops operator that is focused on manufacturing the highest quality AR related products.

Centurion Arms build its name on building the exact spec Mk12 SPR. no one at the time were able to duplicate the Mk12 spec for spec except for Centurion Arms. Even Knight Armament purchased a Centurion Arms SPR upper to be use as a display item for the KAC museum. Larry Vickers endorsed the Mk12 and featured it in his Tactical Impact TV show.

Later Centurion Arms moved into making combat rifle barrel, Centurion Arms hammer forged barrel are one of the best on the market, double chrome line FN M249 blanks machine and tune to Centurion Arms spec. the 1:7 twist mid length barrel is capable of 1 MOA at 100yrds with standard M855 ammo. this is from a chrome lined, 20k round service life barrel. Recently a local LA Metro PD tested the Centurion Arms 12.5" CQB-R upper with about 16k rounds down range with most rounds fired in full auto. at the end of the test, a series of accuracy test were conducted. the barrel still yield a 1 MOA(average) with the Mk262 duty ammo.

Today Centurion Arms are building free float rail systems to complete the product line. the latest C4 rails are featured in Military.com Gear Scout section, and also used by notable instructor such as Jason Falla, Kyle Defoor and Tim Lau @10-8.

The pictures start with the newest addition to the C4 rail system, the C4 cut out rail.

1. Rails are now available in 7", 9", 10" and 12"

2. the rails weight in at

7in 8.5oz
9in 10.7oz
10in 11.4oz
12in 14.2oz

Here are a few pictures showing the 7" rail against a Magpul MOE.

3. The rail has excellent heat ventilation shown here with Owner of Centurion Arms shooting 210 rounds out of a Colt M4 with the 7" rail installed. the rail has only rubber rail ladders..

Right after firing the 210 rounds, I put my weight on the rail to see if I could damage the rail or the alignment tabs, the rail at least stood my 220lbs body weight without going out of alignment with the upper receiver rail.

I got to play with these over a year ago. They really are a fantastic lightweight rail design. Been waiting for these to become available so I can actually buy one.

The C4 rails in 7", 9" 10" and 12" are already been shipping to customers. The new mid length cut out rail is due out in a week or so. with the carbine length FSP soon to follow.

An FFL can get a suppressor without any additional CA paperwork, but it can be very hard to get an AW permit.

So the end result is that you've got suppressors, but on bullet-buttoned guns.

Here is the disclaimer:
I am really digging everything Centurion is putting out. I recently just bought an upper with a 16" chrome lined barrel to go on my quasi-Reece/SPR build. Once I have a handload built up for it with 77gr Hornady's I think it can easily be better than 1MOA

but...

Don't take this the wrong way, but I do not think it is possible to shoot 1MOA with M855 from any barrel (even match SS). I have no actual proof to back me up (so feel free to tear me apart. I am a big boy and can take it). However, in reading about how M855's are not weighted concentrically and everyone who has done extensive accuracy testing with M855 can't achieve consistent 1MOA groups (typically 3 MOA). I am sure there are those lucky 3 shot groups out there, but when talking 5 shot and 10 shot groups repeated I am pretty sure it won't happen (I believe Molon showed some of his results with M855 on a couple AR sites). I am guessing you mistyped M855 because I doubt Monte at Centurion would claim that. With better ammo 1MOA no problem.

And back to saying great things about Centurion... Love the barrel and will buy more of them and their rails for future builds.

No they are in stock and shipping. WeaponsOutfitters http://www.weaponoutfitters.com/ (a sponsor) has them ready to go. PM the rep on here for a discount code. A search for centurion should let you fins his name.

I have not used their rail yet and only seen them. From all the feedback I have heard they are every bit as good as DD Omegas and Omega X's. Like I said I will get one for my next build.

Wow you just made the perfect "sales pitch" to me to become an FFL lol.

After running Daniel Defense Lite Rails, I won't buy anything else. I've had bad luck in the past using clamp together rails which use the factory barrel nut. Looks nice though!

I am sure this is a great rifle designed/built with care.

But M855 62gr ammo is not spec'd to 1MOA - I believe it's around 2.5MOA at best.

No barrel can improve much on that, even The Best Barrel In The World; at best, the barrel does not
subtract from the round's accuracy performance.

Small group counts (say, 3-4 shots vs a 10 shot string) may conspire to give an artificially low MOA.

Also, M855 will likely be somewhat less accurate than a quality std FMJ ball round (say, M193 55gr) due
to variability in placement of the 'steel core penetrator'. On top of this, I note the ATK specs for M193
and M855 ammo both show +/- 40fps variation, but there M193 is 260fps faster (meaning the velocity
variation is smaller percentage).

These are very nice indeed. I was lucky enough to fondle a few at T3 in SD yesterday and was very impressed with the quality and rigidity of their rail systems and complete uppers. Top notch. Definitely will consider one of these for my future build.

Great looking rails AND awesome photo's SMG!

For those interested there is quite a large thread on these rails HERE (http://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?t=45989)

This one may have sold a rail lol.

Are there some kind of ladder covers in there?
