Well I took the new Saiga 7.62x39 out to the range today. Fired 2 rounds benched and the shots were touching, centered but 6" to the left. Looking down at the front sight it is pushed to the right very far. I guess they do not sight these in from the factory. I tried using a clamp but this thing will not budge. Do I need to use a sight tool or is their anything else I can do? Anyone have a front sight tool they can lend me? Thanks, Sammy

I used a C clamp with a peice of wood dowel. Not the best way to do it, but it works.

Tapco makes that tool, and it's cheap. I had to buy one for the WASR's when I had them.

I guess they do not sight these in from the factory.

Mine was. I'd be very sure nothing else is going on before you start whacking the windage pin just because it's a huge pain in the butt.

It's called an ak sight adjustment tool. You can get them from just about any website that sells ak parts or accessories.
