So my LPK arrives in the mail today and as I am laying out all the parts I come to the realization there is no trigger! LPK is Palmetto State Armory. Has anyone had similar issues with them. Tried calling their number but I guess it is only Mon-Fri.

They sell some kits without the Fire Control Group for those that will be installing aftermarket triggers. Check your invoice and compare what you ordered to what they shipped.

Sounds like the guy filling the order just grabbed the wrong parts kit. My guess is that they won't hesitate to make it right for you.

Drive to Uncle Paul's or Blueline...support the local guys. Its a $10 part, I think Palmetto State Armory will send you a replacement, and then see if Blueline or Uncle Paul's will give you 1/2 price for it...or refund you.

Just be upfront to them explain what happened and see if they will work with you.

I dont think they grabbed the wrong LPK bag(the one with no FCG) because the disconnector, hammer, and springs are there, just not the trigger.

I ordered the same kit from PSA with no issues. They'll take care of you, if they're in the wrong. If you need the part now, support a local shop with your business.

Contact Palmetto State asap, they're phenomenal with correcting orders.... but apparently their original sorting is lacking, last time I ordered .30-06, I got a nice set of .44mag hollowpoints. :o

I can happen. The are bagged by people, and people can make mistakes....... it's a pain, but they will remedy.

This is such a nice community to belong to. People are willing to donate parts if a company doesnt make things right. This is almost like being back in the military.

this kind of issue happens... not just Palmetto State Armory, but also some other vendors as well... i ordered total 11 LPK from different vendors for me and my friends.... 2 of them came missing parts... one missed hammer, the other one missed pistol grip. called them and they mailed the parts to us w/o any charge....

Palmetto sent me the wrong trigger guard on a LPK just recently. I emailed them and they responded quickly. They sent me out the right one right away. Good company. very happy with their service

Yeah, I think this case is a simple one of "wait until Monday then call them" easy fix.

Called them today, they apologized and said they would ship a trigger asap. Their customer service seems pretty good. Thank you to the Calgunners who offered to send their spare triggers if all was not made right. Hopefully this will only be a slight delay and I will be able to post pictures of my build soon.

That sucks but like others have said human error exists... its not a matter of if, its a matter of when.

Also Palmetto is a great vendor, bought tons of ammo from them and some other stuff, great guys always hooked me up with great service. The one time they messed up they quickly fixed it and then some, I will always support them when I can't get something locally, primarily ammo, cause every B&M location here rapes me on ammo prices.
