Are any of these punchs the right one to remove the pin on the trigger guard of an AR15 to install and aftermarket guard?

•1/16" steel pin punch

•3/32" steel pin punch

•1/8" steel pin punch

•5/32" steel pin punch

•3/16" steel pin punch

•3/16" brass pin punch

•Steel center punch

3/32" no? though 1/8 should also work.

steel or brass would work, but brass will less likely mar up the finish if you slip

Make sure you have support where you drive out the pin. On the frame where the pin holes are located looks like a little ear. They can crack and break off. On mine, I had to smack it really hard to drive the pin out and back in.

Wise words of wisdom, heed them before you have a broken $100 piece of forged Aluminum
