Spreading this type of incorrect data should be a crime. Top loading IS NOT REQUIRED if you use a bullet button and a 10 round magazine.

They probably have some top loaders they need to get rid of before they start spreading the truth.

Definitely go try and find some gun shops that 1) Dont spread FUD and 2) Arent a bunch of Anti's.

I live 'up here'. Please name the shop and I'm sure that more than a few CalGunners will drop by to have a quiet visit with the shop.

Interesting. I know Bastiani was promoting top loading a few months back but I thought that had ended.

For best results on AR stuff I'd talk to Old West instead of the others since Old West is a long time AR seller while the other stores are newcomers to this platform.

The above being said, there is no reason that Jones's Fort should be spreading this nonsense, they have been around long enough to know better (now that they have finally surrendered and begun stocking AR platforms.)

I too miss Jason and Ten Ring Enterprises.

Maybe the gun shops you went to had an abundance of Bushmaster Carbon-15's laying around and were looking for an uneducated gun enthusiast to dump one of them on by spreading heaps of FUD your way. :euro:

As soon as I read the title and following paragraph, I knew this was in my area, and which is why I retracted my previous review of one of the local gun shops. Anyways, they're spreading FUD to you OP.
