I looking to pick up a Nikon Monarch 4-16x42SF Mildot for a Remington 700. I'm not sure which moa base I should get; either 0, 15, or 20. Most of my shooting will be at 100 yards, so I'd need a base that I would be able to zero the Nikon at 100 yards. I will probably on occasion be shooting 600-800 yards as well, so I'm wonder if there a base that will allow me to shoot between 100-800 yards?

I think a 0 MOA base would be fine out to 400-500yds depending on how much elevation adjustment you have left on your scope after you zero it at 100yds. If you plan on going out to 800+yds, a 20MOA base would be a good idea.
