hello , how is the best way to remove the primer crimp in GI 30-06 brass ??

You can also use a case mouth tool or a pocket knife (unless you are going to do a boatload in one sitting:p )

Dillon makes a swager for removing the crimp. It looks pretty nice and like all Dillon stuff, nearly bullet proof.

Seconding the Dillon device. Works great with very little effort. I knife is no solution at all, and a finger-driven reamer or even a wood-handled version will wear your hands out in very short order. You'll be doing 50 a night for a week just to have a decent reloading session.
