That's what I like to see! Rifles with their bolts on the correct side!

The Zavasta lefties were imported under the Charles Daly name by KBI Inc. until recently when Remington outdid KBI for the rights to import them, then Remington dropped the lefty line. &^^%$# Remington!

Depends.... compared to "off the shelf" at Big5, yeah, but its about as cheap as you can get for a full custom rifle with some expensive parts. [ $1400 ]

As you know, the McMillan stock was a very large part of that price; it could have easily been a $999 rifle otherwise. But try finding a synthetic stock inletted for a lefty Mauser action!!! McMillan has two things going for it: they build a really nice stock and they will give you ANYTHING you ask for.

The reason that my original post was kinda light on information (like who built the rifle...) was because I haven't received the gun yet, and it just seems like I should check it out up close before I start praising or critiquing it. So more info to follow after I have it in my hands.
