My dad is driving down here from Utah next month and gifting me an mp9 with thumb saftey. Both of the shops I went to said It would be illegal because its not on the roster. So Unless I'm not reading the calguns wiki page right they don't know what their talking about and will no longer get my buisness. So does anyone know an FFL who knows the law and will do this transfer for me.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Haven't used Gussler's (yet), but I have heard nothing but good things. And don't be to quick to judge the FFL, not all of them are aware of the interfamilial roster exemption.

Why not just use the form off the DOJ website and spend $19 rather than $35?

Gussler's in Santee is the best, but they are usually a tad crowded....because they are the best.... You might wanna call ahead and check if you're in any hurry at all.

La Mesa Collectibles, Wholesale guns, Hiram guns. La Mesa and wholesale were very nice but uninformed so I would go back. Hiram's on the other hand was very rude and basically told me I was an idiot and a criminal and I will never go back there.

I will try Gussler's

Is Gusslers a store? I thought a guy just ran it out of his house.
