Can you install the Trijicon sights yourself or should you have a proffessional install them? If you should have someone install them, why? It cant be that difficult, am I missing something? Thanks.

It depends on the gun and what tools you have. Night sights have vials that can break if you use a punch to drift the sights. If you have a sight pusher that fits the gun you are talking about, then it's not much of a problem.

So it does seem I was missing something. I thought it was more of a bolt on accessory. I think I will have them installed. Thanks Kruzr!

Trijicon for Rifle or Handgun?
Kruzr was refering to the sights that goes onto handguns via dovetail and etc which has vials he mentioned.
But for rifle setup ex) AR-15 types, you don't need special tool, just right mount and basic tools. It should mount like any other scope.

I was referring to my handgun. To be specific it is an 45 ACP 5 inch Tactical. Thanks anyway.;)
