Nice! Just remember, there are over 20 flavors of Glock. Gotta catch em all.

after buying the 26, i read some good advice..the 27 is more utilitarian..can shoot both .40 and 9milly with a simple barrel swap.

pappa: i definately know what you mean. i saw all 20 flavors yesterday and made me want to sell my car and walk home

Get yourself a lifetime GSSF membership and you'll save money on buying one each year.

halfey: just keep recoil in mind. short, small gun like that does just fine with the smaller round. a .40 will make any size pistol dance, let alone a small 3.5 inch barrel

@Tre(y)13
I have shot my cousins g27 and surprisingly it handles well...at least I had no problems with it. I can't speak for every one.

As you said with the 27 you have a .40 s&w swaP out the barrel with a 40 to 9mm conversion barrel and you have the best of both worlds.

$350 for lifetime membership, but you save anywhere from $50-$100 on the cost of a new Glock each year. You also get to participate in some fun Glock events and even the Glock Armorers Course. They also have other membership levels available, but you no longer get a certificate with just a 1 year membership (until you renew it the next year).

might have been a wise decision to sell the car and buy the Glocks; your Glock will work and work and work.

that car will break down sooner or later and you'll be walking anyway. sell the car while it's still running.

been absent from this thread for a while! and dammm am i happy with this thing! put probably 3k rounds through it already. all sorts of ammo, conditions, training exercises, distances and not a single malfunction. perfection.

put it through one serious torture test (accidental) on a 10 day backpacking trip..last day i took some target practice and the accuracy wasnt compromised at all. and i know i know..thisthredisCOMPLETELYworthless without pictures..give me a couple days and ill satisfy those needs

and if you arent already, you should become a proud parent of the g26 :)

I also just got the magazine yesterday from GSSF and started drooling. So many Glocks so little money! It's nice to see them all side by side instead of going to a gun store that has only a few models on display.

But hey I got a discount coupon sitting in my pocketbook, and next year I will have two more when I take my Armorers course. So saving begins, and selections will start!

glad you've enjoyed your G26. it's history of reliability is what attracted me to the fat little gun in the first place.
