Hello everyone...I am born and raised in Los Angeles my dad is an outdoorsman, but lives in Montana, gave me my first 22 rifle for my 5th birthday. Daddy used to take me out shooting a lot as a little girl. My favorite times were skeet shooting with my 12 gauge... or archery class with my recurve bow. But that was years ago. Such fond memories... I really miss it. I’m 29 btw, looking for skeet shooting places, lessons, information, anything. I would love to get into it again but no one I know that lives close by is into anything like this... help. I would love some recommendations on good places to learn.
A friend who is an Army Ranger suggested Calguns. I really have no knowledge of this site or guns anymore, but I really am eager to learn.

Hello and welcome to CalGuns!
Great to hear you are getting back into shooting.
There are lots of CalGunners in the Los Angeles area.
Many shoot at Angeles Shooting Range, that has handgun, rifle and skeet shooting.
Several classes are also available there.
Watch the threads for dates when the CalGuns crowd hits ASR as a group.
Come out, introduce yourself and you will find a bunch of great people who will be more than happy to let you try lots of guns and help you learn to shoot them.
Do watch out for Neil McCauley, however.
