My new Beretta 92fs with the SGS style comp on it. Also, MR11 and x300 from Surefire. I have a 92 brigadier slide coming for it but I don't know if I'm going to use it cause I like the lines of the normal slide with the comp.

Also: Nice gun.

It is from Ric on the beretta forum. He and everyone involved did a great job.

It is the same style comp that was used in the movie Leon: The Professional. I think there was two in the movie, one with an inox frame and one with a black frame. Of course those were without the surefire stuff.

If not that movie, modified beretta 92's are in so many movies, like the lawgiver in Judge Dredd and in Equillebrum.

that looks so awesome. do you know if that guy still sells those comps? can one get it outside the beretta forum? it just might twist my arm enough to get a 92fs.

He recently did an another run. It is a free forum to join, a few others joined just to get the comp but not sure if it is a requirement. You can go to the forum and the information is in a sticky in the for sale section.

The comp comes with a standard gapping but for $50 he will customize it to fit your gun if you send him the outside diameter of your dust cover.

From the replies he seems to be very good at what he is doing and there has not been one compliant, they are in there 7th or 8th production run and now have the comps for the 92A1's and the M9A1's as well

Do you have to change the recoil spring when using that comp?

No, you use the standard recoil spring

I just got this one off of his new run. So he might actually still have some in stock right now. Here is his email address, antiqueslots@juno.com, his name is Ric and he's a great guy.

I also read a couple months back that they're trying to work out the kinks on a .40 cal comp for the 96 users among us... but i'm curious, could I use a .357sig conversion and the 9mm comp? .... i'll be doing more research one i've got the money to experiment.

These would be questions to ask Ric. I do know that the instructions say in very big and bold print, 9mm ONLY!!
