So I went down to T&A Armory today and bought my Plum Crazy complete lower today and started my 10 day wait. However they are closed on Sunday so I have to wait 11 days to pick it up.

While I was there talking to the guy he told me that he buys direct from Plum Crazy and from what they told him he is the only dealer in So Cal stocking these.

Plum Crazy; PCF as they are going by now, also told him about some new items in the works. We all know about the "Pink" hardware that they offer but they are working at making the whole thing in colors. They are working on making the frame and hardware in Pink, DFE and OD. He wasn't sure about other colors but this should be interesting once they are out with these other colors.

I know. It's a good thing I have to wait 10 days. Other wise I might be just have to use one of my other 100 or so guns to do something really bad.

Drunker, have you talked to your ffl? They may let you start early.

It stopped me from shooting someone over a parking spot just this morning. Good thing my new Saiga .308 is still in gun jail til saturday, as my other dozen firearms were unsuitable for the parking space task

Sometimes it just takes a new barrel to shoot someone

Congrats on the new project. Only ones i've seen for sale were marked up. T&A asking a fair price for them?

Yeah. T&A is very good on the price. $160 for the receiver with a bullet button already installed. Add tax and DROS and it came to $198.99 out the door.

Now I just need to figure out what upper I'm gonna put on her.

Ha i really shouldn't be thinking about getting another lower. My first builds about 90% done now and i already want another lower. I wish i knew they had these in stock a couple months ago though.

I'm sure you have some idea of how your build will go. I really wanted a OBR light when i picked up my lower. So my build philosophy is along those lines.

Well the original was to build a dedicated .22lr. But that may change. I'm gonna look in to a 5.45X39 upper and see what that might run me.

When I saw the title I thought that you bought from Big 5. I forget their reason, but they do an 11 day wait instead of a 10.

I get "their" logic about the 1st 10 day wait, but after you already have a gun their logic disolves into political policy.

I'm good with good rules but we need to get ride of what's useless.

:iagree: A friend of mine lives in Vegas. He told me the first time he bought a gun he had to wait 3 days. Now he has his gun card and can walk in and buy a gun and take it home the same day.
