Uhh, which one? Ferfrans is the company, not the rifle. They make a bunch of AR clones(from what I can tell).

I had to do a search, read the company homepage, saw some vids... they have many type of firearms, most are mods to other firearms. most are also never going to be legal in CA.

The main thing about them is the rate reducer which is only relevant for select fire. He assembles them here and sells to the PI police but also US LEO are far as I know. Can civies get then? Not unless you can own NFA weapons.

they have a piston upper which some swear runs better than even LWRC, which you can buy.
You buy them, as well as a ferfrans marked lower here:

Im also told Ammo Bros in so cal stocks the uppers

Ammo brothers in Ontario had one of the m4 clones about a month ago.

From what I understand, Ferfrans piston uppers utilize the Adams piston kit.

If you know how to build an AR, then you can build yourself a similar upper as a civi.

Ya, I was looking at the SOAR, but a semi auto version and whatever needs to be done to make them Cali legal, barrel length, BB, etc...

I shot a Ferfrans full-auto last weekend with Falcon. Freaking amazing. And, I got to meet the one of the owners of Ferfrans.

I'll have one in my possession in about 30 days (CA legal of course)...
