Traded an aquarium filter for a rifle:
My first thought when I acquired this was "I need to sell it for what I really want," but the more I play with it, the more enamored I get. Plus I can bring it to the indoor ranges. Presumably, it will shoot .38 fine, so won't cost too much to make go bang. Just thought I would share.

Sweet gun! Never sell it, you'll regret it if you do!

Naw it's not that great....I'll give you $100 to take it off your hands; I'm doing you a favor.
J/K congrats!

I don't think I exactly came out with a steal. The filter retails for around $500, but it had been in my store for almost 2 years. I thought I would just get rid of some stagnant inventory, and and listed "trades considered, make me an offer," on a local site. Darn if the first person to respond to "make me an offer" brought something I really, really want to keep! I'll have to pay the store back if I keep it, which will nullify my current micro pistol fund, though. On the other hand, it would crush me to sell this thing. Or maybe that all-black PM9 with night sights I've been saving up for might become an LCP.
