Im a college student and Im attempting to put together a research paper on a topic very near and dear to me.

Im not having any luck with my search, so Im guessing the answer is: no.

But Im wondering if anybody recently has published a book specifically in reference to the status of gun ownership rights to CA.

Truth be told, the research is supposed to be a bit more specific than even that, as it is supposed to be focused on a city level.

With that in mind, my focus was going to actually be more on the Chicago hand gun ban, and to an extent the recent ruling of Macdonald etc etc

And to be honest, even that is proving to be a bit tricky.

Any help would be more than appreciated

TIA

First thing that comes to mind. This 192 page book covers a wide range of legal topics that California gun owners need to know, including self-defense, concealed carry, assault weapons, federal law, and much more in an easy-to-understand format. The book is also fully citated, and is of great value to legal practitioners.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for. Hopefully it's helpful though. :)

thanks for the link!

The issue Im looking more at political implications than the mechanics or specifics of the law.
