Mr. Jarvis as a guest on KQED 88.5 on Thursday April 7th. He took a question about the recent law allowing guns at parks about 30 minutes in..Mostly the talk about the National parks and the impact of the shutdown..

Gave background on the new law Obama signed. Said guns are not a problem despite the concern raised by the liberal/Anti caller..

Props to Mr. Jarvis!

When are their arguments not wrong? Every time a tragedy strikes, they call for new laws. Every time a new law does nothing, and absolutely no good comes from, they call for more laws. Every time a law loosens restrictions, they say blood will run in the streets, and it doesn't.

It's great to hear a public servant understand the law..His response was spot on.

National Parks must have a lot of extra parking then.... as to avoid all those gun fights over parking spaces that happen anytime someone carries a gun anywhere else.
