So I'm trying to remove the stock from my SGL in order to swap it out, but it's being a real pain in my ***.

I only see two screws that appear to hold it in place, but after removing the two screws it's still jammed in there pretty good.

Am I missing something? Or do I just need to yank the **** out of it?

Sorry if this is a ridiculous question. I'd just rather ask than break something.

Thanks!

Open up the top cover. Remove the bolt spring. Ta dah. You now will see the third screw on the trunion.

Already got that one. I got the screw under the spring and the obvious one up top that shows even when the receiver cover is on. They are about an 1.5 inches apart. Can find the third...if there even is one.

The third is on the bottom of the receiver.

IIRC they press there stocks in, so you may have to get a punch and hammer to get it out.

I promise there are no screws on the bottom of the receiver. I even removed the pistol grip and don't see any.

Remove the pistol grip, then put a screwdriver inside there ant try to push it out. It was a pain the *** for me to remove mine. I put a vltor colapsible stock

Ha, I recently went through this as well. It was a pain in the azz!! Only two screws on the SGL.

What did you pop in there? Wood furniture or Ace stock?

AR style collapsible. The Warsaw length is too short for me. Also got a fuller grip.
