I purchased a Browning model 53 in 32-20 in the 80's. It is in factory new condition, still in the box.
What would be the best way to sell this rifle?

You can sell it yourself and keep all the $$$ for yourself by posting it here. Make the deal with the other party, go to a gun store and execute the sale.
Or, you can leave it at a local gun store on consignment. Consignment at a local gun store easy, you'll generally have to kick back 20% to the store. Figure out a price, give the store a price range and that's it.
Or you can sell it directly to a gun store. That's easiest, but nets you the least $$$.
Just a guess, but I'd expect a Browning 53 to sell pretty well.

That's a unique chambering that'll need a certain buyer. Post here for sure and for maximum visibility create an account on Gunbroker.com and list it there.
