Cleaned my AR before my last desert trip.. Cleaned the bolt ect. When I got to the range it would only shoot one shot at a time.. The shells where getting stuck in the chamber. I switched mags and same problem. I used my mags on my other AR without a problem.. When I took it apart yesterday I noticed the 3 rings on the bolt where loose Is this common or the problem?

American Tactical 62gr. It shoot fine out of the other 3 guns.

Hmmmm it's probably your extractor spring or something like that. I'm no guru but that's what I would check..

And those loose rings probably had something to do with it. Unless your talking about the o rings I think they are supposed to be a little loose

Make sure your gas key is properly staked and did not come loose. I had a similar problem. Had a local shop re-stake my gas key and now the gun runs perfect.

gas key
gas block
gas tube

do you see the BCG moving backwards, but NOT ejecting the case from the chamber?

In that case its
Extractor
Extractor spring

Yes the BCM is coming back but the shell are getting stuck. Is this common? The gun has less then 100 rnds threw it.. You would think $2300 would work better then that..

Off topic: What brand did you go with that cost you $2300?

BCM is a company that makes rifles.

BCG is the bolt carrier group.

Check the bolt, verify that the extractor is there.

Than take the bolt out, verify that the spring for extractor, insert in the spring and the rubber donuts are in the right place and have proper tension, assume your bolt is BCM.

Last time I see this problem, the guy had a 6.8 bolt in a 5.56 gun. It was a factory mistake and interesting enough, manual cycle the extractor can actually grab and extract, go figure.

This is what sounds like your problem.
