We are working on a plan to offer Converted Vepr AK 47 rifles with a threadded barrel and wanted input on the following.

Flash hider or muzzle brake ?
Type of device ? Slant , AK 74 , Krink or other ?

I would think both (muzzle brake and flash hider).

Muzzle brake in a slant.

Flash hider in a Tabuk style.

The 74's zig zag brake simply because I've found it to be the most effective.

I don't think any standard AK furniture fits. The only thing available is a clubfoot style polymer that you see offered from Robarms.

I am SO down to buy a VEPR with a threaded barrel. I would say a 74 brake, or an RPK style muzzle break would look awesome.

Atlantic Firearms, I'm very excited about the folding stock version of the VEPR.

I can't tell if these are in fact threaded and which device you are putting on the muzzle. What config won out?
