I have had a Marlin 1894C .357 mag on order for over 4 months and still waiting. Does anyone know why their availability is limited? My gun dealer has no idea when they will get one in. In the meantime I am picking up a Henry Big Boy .357 and still going to buy the Marlin when they become available. Can anyone give me feedback on the Henry Big Boy? Much appreciated.

I picked up an older 1894c used with beautiful wood. The action is silky smooth and sooo much nicer than the new ones. I would cancel the order and look for a good old one. (sorry not really answering your question- but giving my 2cents)

I know you are new. This probably would get more of a response in the Gun discussions section.
