February 10, 2011 - Oral arguments are scheduled at 2PM on in Courtroom 7 of the Sacramento Eastern District Federal District Court - 501 I Street, Suite. 4-200 Sacramento, CA 95814.

For newbies: This case is a critical step for liberalizing CCW issuance throughout this state, and ultimately, Hawai'i too (both in federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals).

No it isn't. I believe if I read the docket the hearing was cancelled and moved to 3-10-2011.

Hmm. I wonder if they're waiting for Nordyke too. Maybe they've got inside info on when Nordyke will be released and this tips their hand.... Maybe . . . Maybe . . . Maybe . . .
