Hello cal-gunners. just had a quick question. i was hoping somebody could inform me of the ca penal codes relating to pre-ban hi cap magazines in California as well as the penal codes for the legal rebuild hi caps.
Thank you as i always appreciate and respect your input.

Nope, that's all. Appeared in just one bill, changed one place in PC, and no mention of rebuilds in law.

That which is not illegal is legal. There are no laws 'allowing' us to use rebuild kits. There are no laws prohibiting their use. As long as one does not assemble a large capacity ammunition feeding device from the kit, they have broken no laws. Parts are parts, and there is no constructive possession in California.

Remember, the Penal Code rarely tells you what you can do, instead it outlines what you are expected not to do.
