So.... anything new...? I got an e-mail responce (at work) from Mr. A (of DOJ) telling me they are still going through over 300 e-mails...?

two more weeks....! Honestly, I dont really care if they do list or not. But we all know for a fact that if they plan to revise the definition, it will be a lengthy battle which could take up to a year or longer. NRA, Barrett, CRPA, and GOA will definitely be involved on this matter. I have heard through the grape vines that the Mfgs who are on the ban list is not so happy about the OLL situation since they are loosing revenue due to the whole ordeal but at the same time, profiting from the massive upper sales that they are receiving. I hope this situation will open their eyes to see that CA is a big player in the firearms industry.

I'm guessing I will have moved out of state in the coming years before its finaly cleared up
