I have heard nice things about those lowers. I bought an upper from them and the service and product was great.

CMMG is one of my personal favorite brands. I haven't seen anyone complain about them on here, and folks like to complain about the smallest things on here. :)

I have sold a few dozen CMMGs. I only had one that was out of spec, but we didn't figure it out until after DROS. CMMG not only replaced that lower for the customer, but cut him a big discount on an upper in order to make up for him having to DROS the replacement. I have managed to collect 10 uppers now. No two are alike and I like CMMG enough it is in my collection.

I've got 2 CMMGs. Fit and finish is real good. They are teflon coated so they are shiny and smooth.

Well, that's not necessarily the truth, except for the rollmarks perhaps. CMMG is made by LAR. Most receivers are made by CMT, LMT, LAR, Mega or JVP.
